Hello to one and all I've been posting in another thread and decided I should come and introduce myself. My name is Jane Schneider and I live in Colorado, USA. I've been involved in the model horse hobby since 1994 although I've become mostly inactive in the past few years. I still have a few lovely resins and still dress dolls under the name of Glyn Haven Studios. Otherwise I'm here to offer helpful tips and advice when I can and to cheer on the rest of you. I've also made props and accessories in the past. Most of my photos are too big to share but here are a few.
Hi everyone! It's great to see a board focusing on performance showing and everything that goes with it, and wonderful to see members from all over the world! I'm Kim, and along with my mom we make props as Tabletop Studios. We've been making props for over 10 years now, originally focusing on mini scale only and then branching out to Traditional scale over the past few years. All of our work is one-of-a-kind, and we really enjoy the challenge of capturing a real life jump or obstacle as accurately as possible.
In addition to making props, I also collect OF Breyers and am an avid performance shower.
Here are a few photos of some of our work--looking forward to participating more on this board!

Hi Everyone, I'm Tyler from New Zealand I collect schleich as it's hard to get hold of Breyer in NZ. I'm starting to custom and have been making tack for a while but it's nothing compared to what I've seen on here haha I've entered a few YouTube photo shows and would love to go to a live show but I dot think I have the quality. This looks like an awesome forum and I can't wait to improve my skills in all areas of the model horse hobby

Hello all, my name is Jazmine and I am fairly young and new to the model horse hobby. I'm from the US. I make and sell tack, mostly just ribbon stuff and fleece bareback pads. None of it is LSQ. But I'm sure I'll learn how to make LSQ tack soon. I really like traditional Breyers and stablemates, but I also would like to collect artist resins as well. Check me out on Instagram @zarrow_breyers if you'd like. I'm super excited to meet everyone here! :-D
Welcome to META! I joined the hobby fairly young as well and I think you'll find that it's an awesome community. And it sounds like you have a great attitude towards learning! Being able to see the flaws in your work allows you to become better.
My name is Penny Lane and I'm from Bonny Hills, on the mid north coast of NSW Australia.
I am a retired riding teacher and I have also worked in the saddlery industry. I have only just stopped riding (dressage and hacking) in the last year, an old jumping accident finally caught up with me and I have had a major spinal op but all good now... except no riding!
So when I found out about model horses and tack, well it's saved my sanity!
I now collect Traditional scale horses and Stalemates for large dioramas.
I am having so much fun making saddles and bridles for my models, I have also sold a couple!!
My profile photo was taken in 1957 when I was 5 yrs old and having my first riding lesson!
