Tack makers, I need help finding leather. I need tan or buckskin colored suede leather that is no more than 1 ounce thick (skiver thin). 1.5 ounce thick leather is too thick. It can be finished on one side but the suede side will be showing & must be nice. Sueded on both sides is best though. I have tried Tandy & another place I get leather from with no luck. I have a lot of white leather for womens Indian costumes but can't find the tan or buckskin color I need for mens Indian costumes. As far as size, I need large pieces at least or around 3' x 3' or larger (a half hide or larger is great). I can't use small pieces only a few inches square as they are too small. Can you skiver suede?

Unfortunately I have no idea where to buy, but can't you dye the white leather? Fiebing has a suede dye. Or is your white leather finished so that you cannot dye it?
Some of the white leather is finished one piece isn't. The only thing, if I dye my white leather I wont have any when I make my womens sets so I need to keep my white leather as is.
